Pizzateig

Zutaten für 1 Blech:

300 g Mehl
1 Hefe
1 Prise Salz
1 Tasse Wasser (lauwarm)
2 Esslöffel Öl

den Teig ein paar Minuten gehen lassen bei 180°C ca. 25 min backen

Serves 1 baking tray:

300g corn flour
1 Sachet of dry yeast
A Pinch of salt
1 Cup of warm Water
2 Tablespoons Oil

Mix the corn flour, dry yeast and salt well. Then add the water and oil and work the mixture up to a smooth dough.

Let it stand in a warm place for a few minutes.

Spread out the dough on a baking tray.

Cover the dough with tomato sauce, spices, your favourite ingredients and cheese.

Bake the pizza at 180°C for about 25 Minutes.
